The engineering department should establish an information database for steel structure outsourcing construction teams, collect and contact relevant information on personnel engaged in steel structure production and installation, especially information on technical experts, for temporary scheduling and surprise operations; Harmonious coexistence and civilized construction. It is strictly prohibited to seek information and cause trouble. If there are any issues, the team leader shall coordinate and handle them, and eliminate all behaviors that are detrimental to unity and damage personal and company image. Otherwise, a minimum deduction of 50 yuan per person shall be imposed.
6. Abide by laws and regulations, and be a model citizen. Employees should strengthen their self-cultivation, improve their own quality, and not violate company regulations or engage in illegal or disciplinary behavior.
7. Take care of company property and standardize operating procedures. The use of tools and equipment should be standardized. Those who violate regulations and cause damage will be compensated according to the price, and those who cause liability accidents will be held accountable. Those who intentionally damage the property shall receive a minimum deduction of 100 yuan or be dismissed in addition to full compensation.
